Cannoli Shells
This cannoli recipe is from uncle Jimmy who owned Jimmy’s Bakery in detroit back in the day, these are the real deal.
Ingredients
4 Cups Robin Hood Flour
1 Stick Butter (Softened)
3 TBSP Sugar
1/4 TSP Salt
1 TSP Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Wine
1/4 Cup Whiskey
2 Large Eggs
Oil for Frying
Directions
In large mixing bowl, mix everything together until formed into dough
Roll dough to about 1/16 inch thick
Cut into 5 1/2 inch circles
Place shells around metal rods and deep fry until gloden brown
Lay shells onto cookie sheet lined with absorbant brown paper to absorb any extra oil
